• 1 Hour Yin Yoga
A gentle, meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes to slowly open the body and calm the mind. This nourishing style of yoga targets the deeper connective tissues, supporting flexibility, joint health, and inner stillness, while inviting you to truly let go.
• 1 Hour Sound Healing Journey
After yoga, you’ll be guided into deep rest as you are immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, sonic chimes, and grounding drumming.
